I am the founder of Spiritual Healing Haven, a sacred space devoted to helping women reconnect with themselves through healing, remembrance, and transformation.

My work was born from lived experience — from walking through life’s hardest seasons and discovering that it is often through change, loss, and breaking open that we uncover who we truly are. That truth became the foundation for what I call Sacred Second Chances: the belief that healing is not about starting over, but about beginning again from the wisdom of everything we have already lived through.

Through practices such as sound healing, energy work, meditation, ritual, and other holistic modalities, I create spaces where women can explore their own healing path, reconnect with their inner knowing, and remember the truth of who they are.

My intention is to hold a space where women feel seen, supported, and safe to become — a place where healing is honored as both deeply personal and profoundly powerful in community.
